     @tagomago What #dasharo and #system76 are doing is a big leap in the direction of de-blobbing current PC motherboards without losing hardware functionality.

     @codewiz That’s great, but I don’t know when/if someone will pick the task of producing a blob-free firmware Coreboot distro tho, like Libreboot did till last year (when they followed suit Debian’s move to include the non-free-firmware repo in the installers.) Probably it could be auto-built.

     Not that I sweat it, but it is always a good option to have, just for the principles.
