Is there any concept as weird as "carbon budget" or "methane budget"?
I mean, budget?
We're overdrawn already.
We draw this line: "We can fuck it up this much more and no more," and we "budget" up to that line.
Makes my head ache.
It's fucked up enough already. The time to cut back is now.
