@jojowiththeflow I feel the same, exactly the same!
Some things helped me sleep a little better:
* eat well in the morning, eat minimum on the night
* no coffee after 2pm
* sleep time means no phone! Put it away, so you won't check on it
* try to follow a schedule (have a bed time and try to follow it)
* try to do some exercise. Even light walking helps a lot.
It did not solve everything, but now I'm sleeping about 8 hours and I don't feel like snorlax all day. Hope it helps!
