     apparently you can install apulse and get FF working without having to install pulseaudio

     find some of the people that complains about pulseaudio in FF and are capable of maintaining the alsa mode and burn them :) as alsa mode was dropped for lack of maintenance AFAIK

     @theru i've read the reasons but could n't believe it, i guess PA is easier as it works over like a simpler API over alsa. BTW solved :-)

     @expatpaul it's just that i don't need it i hope the sync/delay problems are solved. Thanks to @theru i just solved without installing PA.
