   @grumpygamer Sir, I always wondered: how did you get to keep using SCUMM after leaving Lucas? Did you have to license it, or did your original agreement allowed you to take it with you somehow?

     @dosnostalgic Humongous Entrainment had to license it from LucasArts. When a new person took over at LucasArts they reneged on their deal and sued me. I spent 2 years in court with them and finally won.
