Before I used yay and trizen, both of which became unmaintained. I just noticed that paru hasn't been updated in over 1 year...

@unfortunateshort There's a pinned comment on the paru package in AUR with a vague note on this issue:
"you're better off contacting her via the github, this comments section is 90% "it's out of date" from people who didn't scroll down before posting"
I didn't read *11* pages of comments, but two recent ones say:

@codewiz If you look at paru's git repo, you will notice there are changes just a few weeks old. It seems to be anything but dead.
I also wouldn't expected something as fundamental as a package manager to be updated all the time - especially when it's written in Rust. That would be more of a bad than a good sign imo...
Although close to a year *is* quite some time. Maybe dev was just busy with life?
