The Network Team at @torproject just released #Tor 0.4.7.16 and 0.4.8.8. These two releases contain a fix for a security issue that we consider high severity.
We strongly encourage all relay operators to update their relays to one of these releases.

  Dear relay operators, Today (2023-11-03) the Network Team has released new Tor versions 0.4.7.16 and 0.4.8.8. These updates contains a fix to a remote crash bug (TROVE 2023 004). It is highly recommended that all relay operators upgrade to the new versions as soon as possible to maintain the network stability and security.
