   Italy is EU and not Russia. At least for now.

   there's always some joker that cuts those btw. Some pissed driver that can not accept that they fcked up before. Making them a hero for the poor drivers, that confuse public roads with racing tracks, is wrong. Even dangerous. Everyone who overspeeds always has a good excuse why this particular time is a legit exception. It's how our brains work.

     @bekopharm And you have no proof speed limit enforcement is always done in good faith in Italy either. Besides, it’s almost irrelevant, as this is more about people’s trust in their government, whether it is clean or not. Drivers everywhere complain about speed traps, but not every country has someone actually act on this resentment.
