Argentina's Fascist Police Crack Down on Protests

[On Friday] a large number of Argentine citizens, including retirees, workers, students, political and civic activists, etc protested against the neo-liberal policies of the country's right-wing President Javier Milei, in front of Congress in the capital.
      […]
Protesters gathered in front of Congress as far-right President Javier Milei was in Congress. Just two months after taking office, Miley has implemented many of the orders of global neo-liberalism, including de-contracting labor, lowering wages, cracking down on unions, shrinking the government and so on, or is planning to implement them.

[On Friday], police first attacked the pensioners and beat and injured some of them on the sidewalk near Congress. Then the flames of the anger of the subjugated spread, and the youth, students and workers who had taken to the streets by organizing large trade unions stood up to the police and clashed with mercenaries.
Police fired pellets and tear gas and wounded many people, including journalists. According to Argentine activists, police deliberately targeted reporters and brutally abducted them. According to the same reports, many protesters have been injured and arrested.
