   Huh. Well, I just had an anxiety attack while relaxing, sitting in my chair, reading some 30+ year old programming documentation. What the hell? Not cool.

     I don't believe in supernatural occurrences, but today I was informed that when I was having my out of nowhere panic attack my ex, my friend, and a person who understood me better than anyone had passed away.
