   Consumers could face serious concerns if AB 3138 becomes law.      @eff When Edward #Snowden exposed the extent American citizens are being monitored by the US government via the #PatriotAct, people wanted him imprisoned. The government still does.

     We see more & more municipalities & states moving forward with bans against wearing a mask, even when medically indicated, broad use of facial recognition, intrusions into our privacy when we seek/obtain medical care, and multiple methods of tracking our every move including this proposal. We have to fight back
