   If Google does go to court they might win, because this is pretty much a general warrant. But having a constitution is only useful if people are willing to enforce it, and oftentimes in the US despite the rhetoric they're just not bothered.

     @bob The UK government doesn't even try to pretend it acts in the best interests in the citizens.
