Except that I don't think relinquishment and going back to the 1930s is a good option. A lot of the complaints come from the advertising funded nature of the main social media platforms. If you're an ivory tower academic then maybe you can do what he says in the video, but modern working typically requires collaboration and interaction and not the sort of isolated and sustained concentration which he's talking about.
