@lambadalambda @nepfag Well it seems to have been fix by it self but it was weird.
Here is the steps I did:
1. Login.
2. Click "Read!" one time.
3. UI loads more notices that haven't been mark as read.
4. Click "Read!" again.
5. UI freezes up.
6. ctrl+shift+r
7. Log back in
8. Problem gone
