I need a new trackball mouse, at work and at home, getting the one at work first, I decided in the end to go for 'Kensington expert wireless trackball'..

Looking forward to put it to use.
My logitech trackball has seen better days and is going in the trash.
I work with 3D\CAD all day long so proper equipment is really important.

@hobbsc A vetical mouse is too crazy for me, I've tried - but I could not adjust to that :) Trackballs is the way to go for me :)
They are perfect for the kind of work I do (3D\CAD etc).
I also have a 'Space Mouse pro' that I use -
      www.3dconnexion.eu/products/spacemouse/spacemouse-enterprise.html

It's for navigating around in 3D, and it also has the common buttons and such on it so you mostly can use that instead of moving your hand to\from the keyboard and such.
So the combination is unbeatable if you ask me :)

@stigatle I use a Kensington Orbit trackball and it's great. I liked it so much that I bought two of them and havn't used a mouse since.

Ah yes, that one was one of the ones I looked at. I was a little bit worried that the ball would be too big on it, so I decided to opt for the other one for now :) I might reconsider later and buy the one you posted to have at home.

@lmorchard The rollers was something that made me think twice about it, but it's good to know that it has worked well for you, another thing that made me buy the other one was that they had it where IT department orders stuff, if I was to get something off ebay or something like that then it's a pain to get the money back for it later. Funny with the 8ball, I remember reading about that - nice touch :)
