The guy who sell me the lamp talk between 12 and 18 but this is a big gap...-
catalina (cat@gnusocial.de)'s status on Thursday, 06-Apr-2017 07:21:34 UTC catalina @colegota I don't use artificial lightening - just sun-/daylight. Cambiame a https://gnusocial.villanos.net/colegota repeated this. -
morph (morph@gs.morphtown.de)'s status on Thursday, 06-Apr-2017 20:21:22 UTC morph @colegota I do 12 hours. I think 18 is a bit overkill but still should not harm the plants. Fact is they need a few hours without light to do some biochemical processes they wouldn’t manage instead. Simulating a regular day/night cycle will be best. The older the plants the more light they will stand and need like natural light will increase in intensity and time within the season.

Maybe from 7am to 20h and increase it a little later.
The guy who sell me the lamp also recommend me that I return to 12h when it's time to flower.
