@deadsuperhero I think blocking or muting should be handled at the user level within the remit of privacy controls. Ideally admins shouldn't be making blocking decisions for users unless there's a compelling legal reason for that. It's also why I think the optimum situation is lots of small servers with a few users each rather than a few giant ones with thousands of users.
