I just tried http://somsants.net/url/35262 with mastodon. I doesn't work. :( I still think some sort of plug in for gnusocial that rebuilds conversations is good idea. Since shitposter and now even more with mastodon, I don't want to see all those people on my timeline, and I've come to appreciate broken conversations.. But, a little button somewhere on the interface that rebuilss the conversations I choose whould be a bonus. I sort of started programming gnusocial-browser with that in mind but it's now obvious a better undertanding of the api is required.
