    We stopped the service for ~4 minutes tonight to
    - migrate to a new server, proxified by iota, the service machine of @LaQuadrature
    - upgrade mastodon to v1.1.1
    - migrate the postgresql redis & static storage
    - upgrade the hardware to (up to) 40core/192G ram/4000G ssd.
