   My guess is that from all this "free speech zone" aversion and the Berkley video that the right have tried to claim free speech as their own. Thing is though that the right have always hated free speech with a passion.
   
   If you are scientifically minded an experiment you might not want to put to the test is to show up at some right wing rally and start listing the evils of capitalism, its endless failures and imperialist wars. You can declare yourself to be merely exercising free speech. Use a stopwatch app to time how many seconds your free speech is tolerated for.
