@awilfox There could be an instance whose admin punishes users at random, but then that might be too easily confused with Twitter.

@awilfox I'm not an advocate of authoritarianism, although there can always be a place for militant opposition to it. Social systems are dialectical, or in physics terms as Prigogine put it "far from equilibrium" and that means that it's very unlikely that all people will just get along without any squabbling.
Marx once wrote "between equal rights, force decides". He was talking about the equal right of the employer and employee to enter into a free contract as described by the classical economists, but that the apparent freedom is against a backdrop of expropriation, conflict and coercion which is decidedly unequal.
