look just because your mom wasn't a witch, you have to recognize that attacks on witches, while regrettable, are not the same as the systemic, pervasive system of witch attacks that our society is burdened under. Your mom may not have been a witch, but burning her highlighted the problem that there ARE real witches out there or people wouldn't be so scared. Personally I would rather burn witches first and protect my community than let a few people go who decided it would be funny to look like a witch and walk around leaving us in fear all the time. Why did she think she had a right to do that?
