Daily reminder to get out of the ADD-fueling cesspool that is normie media.
Nowadays we're encouraged to get constant streams of information thrown at us, switching from topic second after second. People who want to take time to soak something in and thinking it through are living a hell. Just look at the frontier of normie media: YouTube. Videos are between one and two minutes long, barely scratching the surface of a topic, and you're supposed to either slide them into whatever productive thing you're doing or just binge on them, either option will not teach you any new information. It is sheer vapid timewaste. Other popular media are internet "listicles", which are literally nothing more than ten headlines followed by a reaction gif. These things aren't just shallow, they actually have no content. They're like an empty lunchbag. These things are also meant to skip over, have an instant emotional response to (like the reaction gif) and then move to the next.
I encourage every one of you to get out of this mess and delete all social media and stop consuming normie media. They will cause an inability to concentrate and they will waste your time. I'm sure many of you are already too jaded for that feelgood bullshit but it's worth repeating.
