For the past 3 days, physically taxed my body. I did a 15k long run on sunday - my first above 10k run after a gap of 4 months. Then yesterday I did a 7k run and followed that with a 38km cycling trip to the town to buy stuff (public transport on strike here). The trip took 5 hours and I had to drink 3 liters of water and a dish of Mutton Kotthu parota to get through the trip :P . My legs are now in protest mode now refusing to cycle fast. Strangely I feel no soreness. Only weakness.
