Got the camera transformations working properly tonight. Vector \ quaternion math stuff is not something I'm that good at, so I often struggle with it, but this time I've been sitting down properly and try to understand every bit of it, not just 'getting it to work' and forget about it, but study it properly and get a good understanding of it. So now it works, one more feature added to my new render exporter project.
I think next I'll add all supported light sources, then renderer GUI \ settings panel, then shaders \ textures once that's done.
