If you're stuck for what to do to make your life move forwards... then take this moment to think about something you've been putting off. Think about the small steps that it will take to accomplish it... then follow those steps, don't give yourself an out from it... don't wait for your emotions to feel like doing it. Follow the steps, hopping from one to the next... you don't need to think/feel about doing it. You just need to make the decisive action to take the first step, and let the rest fall into place.
