one of the questions they asked me to give false hope that my account can be reactivated is "what was the name of your first teacher?" and i know for a fact i never entered that info onto google or anywhere at all, so it doesn't matter what i type in there, the end result is them saying "nah, sorry, you're still suspicious due to the answers to those questions we just made up, phone number pls"
