i notice a lot of small communities that develop a "you're in or you're out" attitude. disagree and you're eaten alive. and i don't blame people for joining these, everybody is really nice and helpful. until you say the wrong thing.

i don't think they're bad people, but i think groupthink brings the worst out of them.
