   Why does it take a 5 horsepower gasoline-powered two-stroke internal-combustion noisy smelly lawnmower to cut some blades of grass that have a tensile strength less than 39 N/mm^2 ?

     Needless to say, all the neighbours are at it again, sequentially. There should be some kind of coordinated weekly lawnmowing hour, get it all out of the way at once.
