   Take this scenario: A man and woman are hanging out. The woman's boyfriend has just broken up with her and she wants the man to have sex with her and he says no, he doesn't want to do that because she is upset and he doesn't want her to do something she'll later regret etc etc. She then proceeds to get a knife and says if he doesn't have sex with her then she will just kill herself, so he then, after trying further to persuade that this isn't the right thing to do, has sex with her.
   
   Now, in Legal terms that wouldn't be rape but I'd say it is. Take that same scenario, but with the man and woman in the opposite positions, I bet that would be a rape charge if taken to court.
