   Eine böse Vermutung taucht auf: Drosselt Telekom den !threema (-Medienversand)? Schon mehr als 5 Leute konnten Probleme im D1-Netz bestätigen.

     Im D1-Netz scheint der Medienupload nicht so zu funktionieren, wie er solte. Ob Bug oder Absicht ist noch unklar.

     @rugk Falls Absicht: die Nutzung von Messengern *könnte* in Vertragsbedingungen untersagt und somit _rechtlich_ sauber sein.

     @vinzv Selbst wenn wäre das netzneutralitätstechnisch zumindest zwielichtig.
     
     Aber es wurde auch in den Reports gesagt, dass WhatsApp funktioniert, also wäre das dann eindeutig eine Netzneutralitätsverletzung.

     @rugk Zwielichtig ja. Aber es gibt keine gesetzlich festgeschriebene Netzneutralität, von daher ist auch das "bevorzugen" von WhatsApp rechtlich okay.

     @vinzv Ja, das war immerhin ein harter Kampf… Und in Deutschland wurde es jetzt auch nicht allzu gut umgesetzt, aber eine so klare Drosselung von einem Messengerdienst würde schon darunter fallen…
