    @einebiene @eypatpaul The existing solution with fediverse.org and laemur's list is quite good I think as it automates the process 90%. Only new instances have to be added automatically.

    What we need is a process (or workaround) for announcing dead groups towards the users.

      @vinzv @einebiene http://qttr.at/1x9f does appear to be doing exactly what I was thinking of. Would pinging groups identify the dead ones?
