     @maiyannah The reason is not explained. Currently we noticed only that posting to Twitter is "Forbidden”.
     I will contact with Twitter support to find out the best way to fix this.

     But as I understand, Twitter for some of them is just one of many communication channels...

     I wrote to Twitter Support and almost immediately restrictions were lifted (to be confirmed by users...)
     This is not the end of the story yet: we need to figure out how to avoid repetition of the restriction in the future...
