     Today's find is a FreeBSD derivative called TrueOS which appears to be the evolution of the PC-BSD work.

     Interestingly they also have a TrueOS Pico for what appears to be Raspberry Pi.

     Quite like the list of "base features" including ZFS (which I adore, please excuse me…).

     I have to tell you that the attempt was fine but TrueOS tries replace many default apps with others and there were conflicts in services.

     @cynicalsecurity For example, webcamd can't be running if you want to use a Fat32 USB. USB daemon fails to mount.
