   Washing clothes, then doing a 70k cycling trip which included mapping for openstreet map and then following it up with uploading data ane editing maps!

     I was slower than average in my cycling trip. I used mid speed gears much more frequently than the high gears. Perhaps its the result of some decline in physical fitness (haven't been exercising regularly of late). During the first half of the trip, I grew gradually exhausted, but after a 45 min stop at a restaurant, I felt better and in the end didn't feel too exhausted.
