   Anyone know of a good free code powered app or web service for translating between English and Chinese? Ideally handling Chinese chars?

     #Mitzuli is a free code translation app for #Android that can work offline. Not sure if it supports Chinese though

     @galipesc ok, so there is a dictionary, but is there an app that uses to perform translation?
