@Normandy r/me_irl a few months ago. I tried to switch my habits and slowly started to be actively doing stuff – in short term this lead me to having at first ideas which felt empty (https://espectalll.tumblr.com/post/167497278389/unblocking-myself), but persisting at trying to not being afraid and doing stuff led me to sit down, realize who I am, like, can do and want to do, and plan out my future. You may have to look deeply into yourself, and you shouldn't worry how long it takes – just keep thinking about it.
