While there isn't an official way to link your Mastodon account with Keybase, you can prove your identity manually by signing a message with the Keybase CLI. Then, anyone that meets you via the fediverse can communicate with you securely by verifying your signature. There is a good explanation of how to do this at https://ryanmaynard.co/mastodon-keybase
