@rmsilva I've been going to Portugal since 2005, and I can tell you, you wouldn't even think for a second that there's ever been issues with drugs anywhere in the country. If others haven't ended this, it's maybe because they're either afraid of being called hippies or because they make some sort of profit out of the war on drugs.
