@quad @jerry I mean, it *is* that. Basically, "laissez-faire" economics literally mean "let do", "let go". A libertarian, minarchist governemnt tries to approach about that 95% of freedom you mentioned - the government has to be there to defend individual rights because we don't really know how to enforce them without a monopoly of force (a government), but it's the closest to anarchy that makes sense with what we know.
