      @h @vertigo I'm a knowledge workers and I haven't had to deal with mouse cramp for years, thanks to laptops with touch pads ;)

      @vertigo @h had to train myself not to hover my hand over the touch pad when I wasn't actually using it (still need reminding sometimes)

      @vertigo @h my friend's noise cancelers were like DJ cans, totally covering his ears. I think it helped that he listened to gentle music too
