      @Gargron From what I can quickly gather, this article is basing a prediction on science based on a non-scientific criteria of expecting greed/hype/ignorance/foolishness. That's simply not how it works, even if money is flowing largely in favor of AI due to those. In the past many things like this have been told for many technlogies that were supposedly good for us.

      If the author can bring actual reasons on why is it going to fail, fine, but this just sounds like pandering.
