The problem is no related with nonexistence of the State, the real problem of most of real socialist systems is the impossibility to apply it to "non-mature" societies (non-modern, based on personality regimes, highly dependent of extraction of raw material...), or in other words, the need of highly developed societies where the general development of conscience is a condition to rule and to create the democracy...
