   so, what should one do if one is faced with a stranger threatening people with a weapon, or is sexually harassing people in public?

   I would genuinely like an answer because I don’t know what to do in these situations

     @deathmlem basically it comes down to dissolving the unbelievably overloaded role of cops into smaller jobs that aren't specialized into someone who does just that job all the time
