Last design for today. I have 15 minutes and besides tweaking the icons, shades and background pattern (which is now not-a-pattern since it's just random alpha polygons)

If anyone has any comments/feedback positive or negative THEY ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO TELL ME so that I can make something that I like, the community like and most importantly something I will not need to redesign every week.
