Added general settings configuration. Added theme support: customize your own colors for output Fix syntax for better performance

If -a account option is not provided, script will fall to default account in general settings file. If no account provided, script will exit with advisory (7b2300ce7f75b80cc118b69dd36544df862de7f0)
