I signed up for #Linux #Lpi certification (at pue.es) and one day in advance they inform me that I cannot take the exam unless I create an account at pearsonvue.com accepting they (anti)privacy policy, allowing my data to be used, including for marketing purposes, transferred to 3rd parties or any countries, including ones having NO data protection laws. https://home.pearsonvue.com/privacy
