Yes, Federation ≠ Decentralized. XMPP is still decentralized, in addition to federalization. The matrix is centralized, though federation. Now we can centrally accept bad practices Matrix)
We will add encryption, where there can be no encryption and create leaks Matrix. We will centrally create the falling Matrix server, because it's fashionable.
