   If you're going to push yourself as an inclusive community, you're going to have to show up for your people.

   That means pissing some of your friends off. That means being a buffer between the people you allegedly want to protect and the hate that is thrown their way. That mean standing up for what is right.

   All the organizations, committees, working groups, etc don't mean shit if you're too scared to get your hands dirty and fight for what you believe.

   Because that's what we need.

     I believe in communication. I believe in using our words and talking about our differences so we can find common ground.

     However, there are lot of people that don't want to talk. There are lot of people who just want to cause hurt.

     There is a time for conversation, and then there is a time to just draw a line and say no more. There's a time to stand the fuck up and kick a bigot who mean you and your people harm in their got damn face.

     And you need to be loud about it. Be clear.
