Shiver Pee Timbers@jwisser TTBOOK there isn't one. You can browse by UNC filepath and sometimes get more privileges that way, but the OS keeps you from removing truly locked parts of the FS.
Either boot up a liveUSB image, or you might use Process Explorer to hunt down what process has the directory locked.
